Cook sausage and set aside.

Boil pasta in water.

While pasta is cooking, combine all sauce ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

In same pan you cooked sausage in, add the pasta sauce and let simmer for a few minutes.

Add the sausage and let simmer for another few minutes.

Add cooked (and rinsed) pasta and mix.

Let cook for a few minutes together and enjoy.

Serve with any roasted veg!
